C-spine: NEXUS and Canadian rules
To include examples of x-rays
T and L Spinal Trauma
Spinal and Neurogenic Shock

Trauma Scenarios

afternoon

Brief overview of abdominal trauma
Classification of pelvic injuries/mechanisms
Use and demonstration of pelvic immobilisation
